KIDS YOGIBOP PROGRAM-YogiBop is a bi-lingual yoga and movement class focused on strengthening motor skills and developing speech in dual language with Mrs. Maria. Each class has three parts: yoga warm-up, music and creative movement followed by storytime savasana. Yoga poses and activities give children better awareness of their own bodies. Movement and dance help improve balance, coordination and rhythm. Mindfulness practice is a tool children can use to self-regulate.
Classes are offered once a week on Saturdays @ 11:15 AM for forty five minutes for ages 3-5 in the FALL SESSION. The Fall session starts on 10/07/23.

ZUMBA-is a latin-inspired dance workout and is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. It is an interval workout, the classes move between high and low intensity designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. With over 10 years of experience teaching Zumba, Mrs. Maria's class has high energy, is easy to follow and plays the best music!
Classes are offered once a week on Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM for forty five minutes for Adults in the SUMMER, FALL & SPRING SEASON. The Summer session starts on 07/11/23.
